Talents in Germany publishes free guides and tools for people moving to and working in Germany. We also offer language courses, academic tutoring and Ausbildung coordination between Chinese agencies and German employers.

Free resources
Our public guides, salary and living-cost calculators, and self-study tools are free to use. Using these resources does not require booking a course or a coordination service.
Courses and tutoring
We offer language courses, examination preparation and academic tutoring. The learning goal, teacher, format, schedule and price are confirmed before lessons start.
Our current course and tutoring pages are in Chinese: German courses, English exam preparation and academic tutoring.
Ausbildung coordination
In an Ausbildung project, the Chinese agency recruits and prepares applicants locally. TiG coordinates requirements and communication with German employers. Employers conduct interviews and decide whom to hire. We agree the service scope and responsibilities before work begins.
Founder
Founded by Shiyun Hu
Talents in Germany was founded by Shiyun Hu. He is a Senior Data Scientist at Lufthansa Group, a PhD candidate at Goethe University Frankfurt, a lecturer at UE Hamburg and SRH University, and a licensed real estate agent in Frankfurt. As an international professional, he has personally experienced the challenges of entering and navigating the German job market.
Why this platform exists
After going through the process himself, he built TiG to replace fragmented advice and trial-and-error with a more structured, data-driven approach to career decisions.
What TiG stands for
TiG aims to help international students and professionals make informed, strategic career decisions — instead of relying on incomplete, outdated, or misleading guidance.

Confirm the requirements before an introduction
An Ausbildung enquiry starts a discussion about a specific occupation, location and intake.
Agree the next steps
- Confirm the vacancy and the employer's requirements
- Agree who prepares applicants and who checks each document
- Share personal applicant information only with authorization and through an agreed channel
- Record the service scope, responsibilities and any fees in writing before work starts
- The employer decides on hiring; the relevant authority decides on a visa
