Founder
Built from real experience — not theory
Talents in Germany was founded by Shiyun Hu. He is a Senior Data Scientist at Lufthansa Group, a PhD candidate at Goethe University Frankfurt, a lecturer at UE Hamburg, and a licensed real estate agent in Frankfurt. As an international professional, he has personally experienced the challenges of entering and navigating the German job market.
Why this platform exists
After going through the process himself, he built TiG to replace fragmented advice and trial-and-error with a more structured, data-driven approach to career decisions.
