A job application asks for the same forty details every time. A German authority form asks in German. TiG Pilot handles both — in your own browser, free, with you reviewing every field before anything is sent.
How it works
Three steps, then it stays out of your way.
1. Add it to your browser
Chrome, Edge, Brave — anything Chromium. It sits in your toolbar and runs on your own machine.
2. Fill in your details once
Name, contact, work history, language levels. ID numbers, tax ID and IBAN stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
3. Open a form and press Fill
You review every field, and you press Submit. It never sends anything by itself.

German authority forms
- Explains what each German field is actually asking, in plain English
- Flags the ones that cost money if you tick them wrongly — Religionszugehörigkeit is a church-tax question
- Fills what you have saved, and lists what it could not, so you know what is left
PDFs you were meant to print
- Open an authority PDF and type into it, sign with the mouse or a finger, download the finished file
- A flat form with no fields can be made fillable — it reads the form's own boxes and builds real ones
- The file never leaves your computer: no upload, no server
What it will not do
It never submits
Every field is filled in front of you. You read it, you fix what is wrong, you press Submit. Because you drive it, it also works on career sites that block automated applications — and it costs nothing per application, because it runs in your browser rather than on our servers.
It never invents an answer
A field we have no value for is left untouched and reported to you as still open. It never touches password fields, and it stays inert on pages that are neither an application nor an official form. ID numbers, tax ID and IBAN are stored only in your own browser — read the privacy summary for exactly what travels and when.
Free, and it stays free
An account is optional — it syncs your details across devices and unlocks the drafted answers. The form explanations and the PDF editor work without one.
