Photograph it. TiG Desk tells you who sent it, what you have to do and by when, then keeps the document safe on your phone and reminds you before the deadline. Appointments, checklists and the Termine you still have to book live there too.

Scan the letter
Germany still sends everything by post, in formal German. Photograph it and the text is read on your phone; the image never leaves the device. Scanning and saving work without an account.
Understand what it wants
Who sent it, what it means in plain words, what you have to do, and the deadline (Frist). For this, the letter's text, not the photo, goes to our server and is explained by AI, only when you agree and with a free account. A deadline is shown only when the letter states one; check it against the letter.
Be reminded in time
Deadlines from your letters and your appointments become reminders well before the day, because German offices rarely accept “I saw it too late”.
A private document vault
Passports, contracts, certificates and the letters themselves stay on your phone, protected by Face ID or your fingerprint.
Finish it on your computer
When a procedure can be done online, TiG Desk sends the official link and the documents it needs to your computer, and the free TiG Pilot extension fills the form where it's supported.
In your language
English or Chinese, with the German terms kept next to the explanation, so you can match it to the letter and to what the office says.
